Violins and More has changed my life. I have a beautiful violin and I am making sounds I've only ever dreamed I could make. It was a long 2 years of saving up money but worth every penny! They have the most fantastic selection of bows and violins, and there is no other place to be than there to get your instrument and bow!

I recently bought a cello bow from Violins and More, and Rachel and Sam were very helpful at answering my questions and assisting me in finding a bow that was exactly what I was looking for! They have a great selection of instruments, bows, rosins, and equipment to choose from while at affordable prices. I highly recommend visiting this shop for the quality service and all the string instrument materials you could need.

Fantastic experience! We drove from Charlottesville and while skeptical as to if the drive was worth it, 100% it was after meeting Rachel. The variety of instruments they have in stock was impressive for what I thought would be a small store. The prices were more than fair and they have gone above and beyond with their service. If looking for a string instrument I can’t imagine a better local business to visit.

Took my daughter into the shop to pick out a violin, Ms. Rachel was very helpful and made the process super easy. After showing my daughter many different options she offered us a tour of the shop and we learned so much! She even let my daughter try the bass which she now is excited to try once she has master the violin! Highly recommend this shop!
